Editorial Standards

Editorial Policy

Our standards for useful, transparent, team-edited content about working with China.

Last updated: 2026-07-25

Purpose

Ensamico Insights publishes practical guidance for overseas buyers, SMEs, procurement teams, founders, and companies working with suppliers, exhibitions, partners, technology providers, or business opportunities in China.

Topic selection

Topics are selected according to real questions that arise in sourcing, supplier communication, exhibitions, market development, technology projects, talent operations, and cross-border business coordination. We prioritize topics where a reader needs a clear decision framework, checklist, comparison method, or next step.

Authorship and editorial responsibility

Ensamico Insights articles are prepared and maintained by Mia and Nur, members of Ensamico’s Content & Social Media Team. They use their professional first names publicly. The team edits, checks, polishes, and approves each final article, so no separate reviewer is listed unless a specialist genuinely reviews a specific piece.

Editorial tools

Automated tools may occasionally support outlining, translation, research organization, or language refinement. Every article is checked, edited, and approved by the Ensamico Content & Social Media Team before publication.

Sources and evidence

Where an article relies on regulations, official procedures, event details, technical standards, or other externally verifiable facts, we aim to use primary or authoritative sources. Practical recommendations are clearly presented as guidance rather than guarantees.

First-hand experience

Field notes, exhibition lessons, and service-process recommendations should be based on genuine Ensamico activity or the named contributor’s experience. We do not invent meetings, client results, factory visits, or case studies. Client and supplier information is anonymized where confidentiality is required.

Commercial disclosure

Ensamico provides paid business, sourcing, technology, talent, exhibition, and project-support services. Articles may link to relevant services. Editorial guidance is written to be useful on its own and should not misrepresent a service relationship as independent third-party review.

Corrections and updates

Material changes are reflected in the displayed updated date where practical. Readers can report an error by emailing [email protected] with the page URL and the point that needs review.

Limitations

Insights content is general business information. It is not legal, tax, customs, financial, compliance, or investment advice. Readers should obtain qualified professional advice for high-stakes decisions.
